These are not baking memberships - they're "how-to-sell your baked goods" memberships - but we do have some bake-alongs in the College-level membership ($76/mo). That said, you'll get far more from your membership if you already know the basics of baking and decorating sugar cookies.

It's easy! The platform makes it very easy to switch between plans (and applies any leftover funds from your original plan to your new plan so you're not double billed).
Here's How: Log into your account > click on your initials in the top right corner > settings > scroll down to Billing > click Change Plan.
Heads up - you can't belong to two memberships at the same time.
Absolutely. We want this to be a place where people can learn. If you join and find out you're not ready to jump in just yet, you can cancel your monthly subscription - that'll expire at the end of your billing period.
Yearly subscription refunds are the pro-rated amount of the remaining quarters of your membership less any free months ya got when you signed up (🧮 if that sounds complicated - don't worry, I do the math calculations for ya).
Your monthly membership automatically renews every 30 days - so if you join on Jan 14th, your next renewal date will be Feb 14th. Yearly memberships renew automatically every year.
If you need to cancel, do it before your renewal date so you don't get rebilled. There are no refunds for digital products - and I want you to keep your money if you need to drop out! Canceling is easy too.
Here's How: Log into your account > click on your initials in the top right corner > Settings > scroll down to Billing > click Cancel Plan.
Due to the nature of our digital products and memberships - there are absolutely no refunds for any of our memberships. Sorry - had to bold and highlight that for the credit card companies dealing with chargebacks. 😅
However - if you're in a yearly membership and need out - we do process a refund for your remaining quarters less any free promo months you got when you signed up.
