Each Cookie Class Kit comes with Word documents that list the links to purchase the cookie cutters (through Sweet Pink Olive, and yes! She sells both physical cutters and STLs), the colors used to mix the icing (typically between 4 - 5 AmeriColor gels), and the list of supplies to set up the class just like we do. Each class also includes a class marketing checklist (with a 6-week promotional schedule) to help you make sure you're marketing correctly.
In this preview class, we'll give you the link to the food colorings and Sweet Pink Olive cutters!
To help the instructor better understand the decorating process for each cookie, we provide 6 step-by-step video tutorials - one for each cookie. Some bakers use these videos in their class to play for their attendees. Others also use these for content posts to sell more tickets - another awesome idea to make more marketing content = sell more tickets!
Each of our Class Kits includes the photography done for you so you can get to marketing and mixing. There are four different photo styles to choose from - or use the pre-made marketing graphics instead! It's here for you to use if you need it. We include flatlay photos, staged photos, cookie-cutter photos, and if you join our Cookie College tier, you also get the DIY kit photos.
Each of our Cookie Class Kits comes with social media graphics you can post to both the feed and your stories (perfectly sized, too!). You also get event listing photos to make your event really pop! These social media graphics can be paired with the social media caption document to make marketing your classes super easy.
Hate writing copy (captions)? We write them for you! These templates just require a lil' tweaking, and then they're ready to get posted, emailed, and added to your event listings to help your class attendees know exactly when, where, and how to sign up for your cookie class.
Each Cookie Class Kit includes a custom piping practice sheet designed around the class. Piping practice sheets allow your class attendees to learn the flow of icing and the feel of their piping bags before they're unleashed on their cookies.
We also add in a coloring sheet - these aren't required for teaching a class, but it's a fun thing to include for kiddos who may be too little to purchase a class ticket (they're also a fun addition to DIY kits).
If needed, we also include transfer sheets, although most of our classes don't require transfers to complete a set.
This PowerPoint will take your students through each step in the class - we display this PowerPoint on a TV during class, and we also email it to our attendees after class. The PowerPoint also includes talking point slides about dough, using scribes, and cookie tools - a great way to add value and make the students feel like they really learned a new skill!
We include a spreadsheet for each class to help with planning and prep. In this spreadsheet, you'll add the information from your class, and the spreadsheet will do the math for you - how many cookies, how many icing bags, how many to-go boxes, sprinkles - you get the point!
Want to print the outlines of the designs onto your cookies? You can with these PNG files! Not required for class, but some bakers like to print the outlines onto the blank cookies to use as guides for their students to follow - also makes for really cute pictures!
⚠️ Remember - you cannot use these files to print the cookie cutters - that's a violation of the IP belonging to the cookie cutter company and will get ya permanently banned from the SCM groups and the Cookie College (we gotta pay Sweet Pink Olive for her IP). Don't make me have to ban ya 😢
If you join The Cookie College (which includes all 2023 - 2026 Cookie Class kits), you'll also get the corresponding DIY kit photos - a great way to sell the classes as an at-home activity and another income source! These DIY Kit photos started in 2024 and are now added to any new class drops in The Cookie College membership.
